Removable drum (except on C290) is manufactured from unbreakable, unscratchable, UV resistant high impact plastic. It is open for easy furling line inspection. Its slippery surface and conical flanges also minimizes any jamming. The strong stainless steel guard arms keep the furling line in the drum should the line become slack during sail reefing

Double luff groove construction (except C290)
Options include additional lengths of extrusion, no link plates (for a low drum), I option turnbuckle cylinder for use with no link plates when the forestay has a turnbuckle, opening pre-feeder and swivel tack and head fittings (see Racing Series for details)
